How it works

Four steps, all online. Nothing to pay until you sign.

The four steps

  1. See the unit

Photos of every room, a 3D tour and a video walkthrough, all shot by us on site. The listing tells you what is included in the rent, what costs extra, the estimated utility bills, and everything else you need to know about the unit.

  2. Book a visit

Book a visit straight from the unit's page, without making a call or dealing with a broker. You can put several units on the same visit.

  3. Apply online

Applying is free and easy. You complete an online application powered by SingleKey, our screening partner. We review your file promptly and keep you posted at every stage — you can follow it on the progress tracker in your account.

  4. Sign the lease

As soon as you are approved, we send you the lease and you sign it on our platform. It's that easy.

After you apply

You start with a short form: who you are, when you'd like to move, and a rough sense of your income and credit. Few minutes, no fee.

The landlord reads it. Once it's approved you get a secure application link by email, and from there you follow the whole file from your account — what's arrived, what's missing, where things stand.

If it doesn't clear on its own, that's rarely a refusal. Add a guarantor or a co-applicant and we'll send them a short form of their own, or send documents like proof of funds or pay stubs, and we look again.

What you'll pay

Our side is free: nothing to search, nothing to visit, nothing to apply. Money only changes hands when you sign a lease with the landlord, who will generally ask for the first month's rent.

You'll also need tenant insurance with $2,000,000 in civil liability before you move in — from whichever insurer you like.
